All ages will be encouraged to stretch, move and improve on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th of November when KMYOGA in Bondi Junction launches with free classes in Kundalini, Jivamukti, and family yoga. There’ll also be free meditation classes, talks, live music, and complimentary Ayurvedic food.
‘Our classes are specially designed for the family and we have some of the best teachers in Sydney’ explained owner and instructor, Kathryn McCusker. ‘It’s really a great way for a family to spend quality, healthy time together.’
KMYOGA is currently the only studio in Sydney to specialise in Kundalini, a form of yoga, described by Kathryn as ‘a complete workout for the mind and body.’ Kundalini yoga is particularly known for unlocking creativity and decreasing stress.
