Cranberry & Pistachio Cookies

500g butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 cups SR flour
1 cup custard powder
1 tin condensed milk
300g  dried Cranberries 
300g Pistachios  roughly chopped 

Preheat oven to 160 deg fan forced 

Cream softened Butter & sugar in a large bowl with a wooden spoon
add condensed milk & stir until totally combined
add flour & custard powder & mix till dough forms
add in cranberries & pistachios & mix well 

On a cookie sheet topped with baking paper put spoonfuls of dough with a 3cm gap between them 

Bake for 8 – 10 min till bottoms are golden allow to cool on try for a couple of min before transferring to
a cooling rack, will make over a 100 cookies and the uncooked dough will freeze well wrapped in clingfilm.
