Sydneymum’s Caroline will introduce you to the holistic practice of yoga including the physical postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama), meditation techniques and yoga philosophy.
This is limited to 8 students only so that you receive a personalised, safe and effective yoga experience.
All ages (15+), body shapes, fitness levels and abilities.
